Procrastination Costs Billions – Are You Guilty?

He singles out “that stupid game Minesweeper — that probably has cost billions of dollars for the whole society” as one example.

With one-quarter of Americans admitting to putting stuff off (young men being the worst offenders), the problem is widespread and getting worse as the tempatations and distractions around us increase. And, says Dr. Steel, “people who procrastinate tend to be less healthy, less wealthy and less happy.”
