Don’t Steal My Hat

Hartford York Hats - Men's Makins Ramie Summer Fedora Hat - The Caramel FedoraNow this is interesting.

According to those-in-the-know at Gullible Info, the theft of the oil of another man’s olives, peanuts, or flax has been punishable by impalement in Athens since 407.

That’s pretty fair, and I’d like to propose that a similar law be implemented to deter would-be hat thieves. Just to set the record straight here, I’ve never been victim of a porkpie-swipe, but judging by the admiring glances and outright envious stares – it’s only a matter of time.

Before someone does the dastardly, I’m gonna sharpen my butter knife and then write to my congressman. I urge you to do the same.
