Link Between Hat-Wearing and Lower Blood Pressure

Hartford York Hats - Borsalino Linen Ivy Cap - The GiacomoA recent study (mine) has indicated that wearing hats can bring down your blood pressure.

Admittedly unscientific, the nonetheless exciting discovery was made as I perused a CNN article on how slow breathing can lower blood pressure. More than simply relaxation, the “slow-breathe” technique is thought by researchers to change blood gases which in turn affects the way kidneys regulate salt.

Well, every time I put on a hat, I basically stop breathing. I admire. I pose. I study.

Not only does my breathing slow way down, I believe that time actually might stand still.
