Like most things in life, simple is better in hats. Classic lines with no hint of fussiness and top-grade workmanship carries more style than anything that is more hopped up or somehow screams too hard of “trying”.
The hat pictured features a hat band which is the same material and color as the hat itself. While interesting and exciting in shade and texture, the overall look is sophisticated.
Lasting fashion is class, not fad — and a truly fine hat can see your wardrobe through a lot of changes.
You may note a feeling of peace has come over you as you read this post and admire the dulcet olive shade used in the fedora. That’s because you’ve entered the realm of HatZen – hat style enlightenment attained through direct intuitive insight (or–even simpler–attained by reading this blog). Maybe it’s the act of wearing hats for so many years, but I like to think of myself as the Buddha of the Hat World (without the tummy, of course).
